2. How can I register a myVRsin account online?<\/strong>
\nYou can register if you are over 18 (in some countries 21) years of age.
\nJust navigate to our homepage and click on the \u201cRegister\u201d button.<\/p>\n

3. How can I get a membership?<\/strong>
\nAs soon as we are ready to accept recurring membership option,, our registered users will be informed.<\/p>\n

4. Are there different memberships at myVRsin offered?<\/strong>
\nWe are working on great membership models and we are looking forward to present you these options soon.<\/p>\n

5. What do I need to be able to use myVRsin content?<\/strong>
\nYou just need a Smart-phone or PC and a VR headset.<\/p>\n

6. Do I need a special VR Headset to view content?<\/strong>
\nThe content on our community is optimized for all VR headsets on the market. It is your choice which VR headset you want to use.<\/p>\n

7. Can I order special video only visible for my account?<\/strong>
\nYes, these special videos are named as \u201cCustomer Made Clips\u201d. You just have to contact your desired Performer asking her\/him to provide a video created for your dreams\/sin.<\/p>\n

8. What if my login does not work any more?<\/strong> How to get help!

9. What kind of Browsers are supported?<\/strong>
\nAll browsers with webgl are supported.
\nGoogle Chrome is fully supported. iOS Safari 9.3 or higher. Safari 9.1 and higher. Internet Explorer 11. Edge 13 & 14.
\nPartial supported browsers are: Firefox, Opera and Android browsers. For the partial supported browser some up to date video drivers are necessary.<\/p>\n

10. What if I am not satisfied with a video I paid for it?<\/strong>
\nAll videos are described and have preview pictures. We are unfortunately not able to provide a refund for paid content. We provide just the platform and are not involved in the producing process.<\/p>\n

11. Do I need any app to be able to view videos?<\/strong>
\nIt depends which VR headset you have in use. Please download the app from the homepage of the manufacturer of your VR headset.<\/p>\n

12. I am unable to download or view videos. What can I do?<\/strong>
\nAt first please clear your browser cache and delete cookies on your mobile phone.
\nIf you are still facing issues in downloading or watching any videos, please feel free to contact our support team via email: support@myvrsin.com<\/p>\n

13. Do you offer support via Phone?<\/strong>
\nAt this time we do not offer phone support. But it is planned for the future.<\/p>\n

14. What kind of payment methods are accepted?<\/strong>
\nAt the moment we accept Bitcoins and some Altcoins, but we are\u00a0working on alternative payment methods.<\/p>\n

15. What can I do if my payment is not accepted?<\/strong>
